10,000 SF Structural Shell | Fort Lauderdale, FL (Intracoastal Waterfront)

This 10,000-square-foot structural shell project, located on a premier intracoastal lot in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, showcases large-scale concrete construction executed with precision and efficiency. Engineered for durability, hurricane resistance, and long-term structural integrity, this custom shell was built to support a high-end luxury residence in one of South Florida’s most exclusive waterfront corridors.
The scope of work included full foundation systems, reinforced concrete slab, CMU block walls, tie beam installation, elevated decks, structural columns, and core vertical systems—all constructed to meet strict coastal building codes and flood zone requirements. Special attention was given to marine-grade materials, corrosion resistance, and load-bearing reinforcement suitable for multi-level waterfront construction.
With clean execution, tight scheduling, and precise coordination with the design team, this shell was delivered ready for framing, MEP rough-ins, and finish trades. The project reflects our team's capability to handle high-volume concrete packages on luxury-scale builds, while maintaining safety, code compliance, and build quality at every phase.
This shell stands as a foundational benchmark for a high-value custom home, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable and capable structural contractor in Fort Lauderdale’s luxury residential market.
